Other Conveyor Belt Sushi

Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Main Restaurant in Ekinishi-Shinmachi Town, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture is a popular sushi-go-round restaurant where there is a queue during peak periods. Seasonal local fish are supplied twice a day from fishing ports in Kanazawa and Noto so it is extraordinarily fresh at both lunch and dinner. The most popular ingredient is black throat seaperch which is referred to as the king of white fish. The melting fatty texture is irresistible. It also has a range of unique local ingredients such as white prawn, which is a local specialty of Toyama Bay, and rare gasu shrimp. It is a shop where you feel free to enjoy authentic sushi formed by an experienced artisan, so many tourists also visit.
