The unique taste comes from a mild soy sauce soup base tinged with ginger. What makes it popular is the rich, deep umami flavor expertly drawn from the pork bone and vegetables. It goes great with slippery, slick noodles. The chasiu (roasted pork)—cut fresh upon ordering—offers a great taste and texture.

長岡ラーメンの有名店に新潟支店です。とにかく生姜の香りが強いラーメンで、初めての方は驚かれますが、癖になる美味しさです。

本日は、青島食堂さんにお邪魔しております！今回は青島チャーシューを頂きましたが、生姜醤油のスープで麺は中太麺、チャーシューは柔らかくさっぱり味でした！また利用したいと思います！
