Asaichi Sakaba
This standing Japanese-style bar (Izakaya) is located on the first floor of WACCA, which can be found along the morning market street in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture. They are popular for serving fresh fish caught the same day from Wajima harbor, and their “sashimi kebabs” are loved as well. There’s also the “Noto rice bowl,” which has pickled seafood and yam, a seafood rice bowl, the Sakaba set, which includes both sashimi and grilled fish, and more.
