Yamashin is a shop and restaurant specializing in the Murakami brand beef, Murakami-gyu, twice awarded the top grade from the Japan Meat Grading Association. Guests can enjoy the soft juicy texture, and full flavor of Murakami beef at the restaurant with a wide range of dishes on the menu from reasonably priced gyudon (beef on a bowl of rice), to set meals and fine course meals of the highest ranked A-5 sirloin steak. Their yakiniku (grilled meat) menu, available only during the week, and individual dishes such as their handmade croquettes are also popular. 某人気芸人の番組で取り上げられた村上牛の有名店。土曜昼時訪問。混雑時は店内外行列待ち、２カ所に分かれた駐車場はほぼ満車と人気。因みにモウ一軒の鮭店は１時間待ち、駐車場で待機してＬＩＮＥで呼出と至れり尽くせり。ステーキハンバーグ定食税抜１，３５０円。支払は各種カードやペイペイも使えて便利。量的にはライト級。アングロサクソン的味蕾の持主にはファミレスやファストフードのハンバーグもお薦め。
