The stately white walled building roofed with black tiles is quite large and the restaurant can seat up to 120 customers. 「やぶ新橋」の「炙りふぐ丼」は香ばしいふぐがプリプリで絶品でした

輪島の朝市近くの「やぶ新橋」さんで夕食をいただきました。夜7時頃に私達がはいったときは３組の先客がありましたが、その後も何組かのお客さんが入ってこられ繁盛店です。私は「炙りふぐ丼」、相方は「能登海鮮丼」を食べました。「炙りふぐ丼」のふぐは香ばしくプリプリの食感で絶品でした。相方の「能登海鮮丼」も新鮮なネタでこちらも絶品でした。店員さんの愛想もよく大満足です。

軽くランチをと思い、工房長屋の帰りに寄った。見かけよりずっと広い店内で、趣のある作り。あっさりとした美味しいお蕎麦とお燗酒で、心もお腹も満たされた。
海鮮丼がお手頃

朝市の帰りにランチしました。海鮮丼は1780円。これ、金沢市内なら2500円はするものと思います。とろろそばのとろろは固めのお芋。わさびがついてこないので、追加でもらってください。どちらも美味しかったです。
