Among many black-ramen shops, this restaurant soup is not too salty for non-resident. Still salty, but not too much as many other restaurants. Located on B1F of the CiC building in front of Toyama...

Ramen was good but the black broth isnt quite my type - I found the broth somewhat too salty. Price here is quite reasonable - not expensive at all. Service was good enough - waiters were attentive.
