The café, a historic temple hall, has tables, chairs, and tatami seating as well, and here you can enjoy a cup of tea and a sweet. The matcha green tea sprinkled with gold dust, which comes with a small daily confection, is particularly popular. Other items offered by the café include Japanese sweets such as zenzai sweet bean soup and anmitsu syrup-covered sweet beans with cream, as well as coffee, tea, pancakes, and curry rice. A very chill japanese cafe in an old temple setting very close to the ninja temple. The hot matcha was very smooth.

忍者寺(妙立寺)近くにあるお寺併設のカフェ。結構メニューが充実しててまあまあ安い。加賀棒茶とお菓子のセットをいただきました。

妙立寺(忍者寺)に行く前にふらりと立ち寄り。お寺だけあって予想以上に広々としていて素敵な空間です。お抹茶とお菓子で600円位と手頃な価格です。メニューは食事も充実していて、喫茶店のような豊富さに驚きます。お会計と一緒に御朱印を頂けるのが現代風で面白かったです。忍者寺も30分毎の予約から1時間毎の予約になるようですし、こちらのお店も時間待ちに人気になるのではないでしょうか。
