Shibamasa World (芝政ワールド)


Amusement Park / Theme Park

A theme park located in Mikuni Town Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture which has an amusement park as well as campground, pool, and other fun facilities. Some of the park’s many attractions include roller coasters, go-carts, and bicycling. There’s also clay shooting, ground golf, and one of the largest 3D mazes in Japan—from children to adults, there’s fun things for everyone! The pool, only open in summer, has a popular inner tube waterslide registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest and longest in the world. Since 2014, the park has also opened the pool at night.

Very good for camping and attractions. Great for kids and adults. Camp grounds have great views and are seperate from each other by hedges.

We were camping in the area so thought wed take the kids. Its quite expensive given that our kids couldnt be bothered to wait for an hour to go on the long slides. The place is packed as expected...
