Imanishi Main Store
This is a Nara-zuke pickles specialty shop located on Sanjo-dori Street in Kamisanjo-cho Town, Nara City. The Nara-zuke pickles are made using the traditional method of soaking carefully selected domestically grown produce in only sake lees over and over for a number of years as a maturing period. These unique pickles are the only kind of pickle in Japan that is given the name of Pure Nara-zuke pickle.
