Tofu Chaya Hayashi
This is a tofu cuisine restaurant located along Prefectural Route 15 in Yoshinoyama, Yoshino Town. They make tofu with carefully selected ingredients including high quality domestic soy beans and water from the Yoshino Omine mountain range, and serve yu-dofu (boiled tofu), tofu skin hamburger, tofu ramen made with tofu noodles, and tofu zukushi-zen where one can try different types of tofu cuisine. In addition to the cafe menu with items such as tofu donuts and tofu soft ice cream, they also sell tofu along with other souvenirs.
