白浜に連泊した二晩目、前夜はクエ鍋を頂いたのでこの日はこの店が全面に押し出している伊勢海老を狙って伺いました。白浜温泉街の中心部からはやや離れた場所にありコロナ禍の影響が癒えぬ2023年3月時点ではタクシーがやたらとりにくく一時間に一本くらいしかないバスも早々と終バスの時刻となり、あとは30分くらい歩くしかないという不利なロケーションですが名勝円月島を正面に見ることが出来るのが売りなのでこれはやむ...
伊勢海老、とても美味しかったです

お正月に円月島と沈む夕日を鑑賞しながら伊勢海老のお造りを頂きました。生造りで触覚がまだ活発に動いていました。とても大きくて美味しかったです。その後に頂いた伊勢海老の頭から出汁をとった味噌汁も絶品でした。また鮑のバター焼きも良かったです。日本酒は和歌山県産の車坂・純米大吟醸を頂きました。美味しい料理と日本酒でとても幸せな時を過ごすことが出来ました。
