Matsuno-ya is a long-established shop specializing in dengaku (bean curd baked and coated with miso) that was founded in the Meiji period and has carried on its traditions ever since it was established. The unchanging taste since the old days that is loved by the locals is available in four types of tofu, taro, pond snail and pork. The recommended dengaku set meal is Matsuno-ya’s standard menu of na-meshi (rice with greens) with dengaku and they go extremely well together. It is approximately three minutes on foot from Inuyama Station on the Meitetsu Inuyama Line.

群馬の味噌田楽はこんにゃくだったが、ここはお豆腐。しかも、整然と並べられたそれに、白いご飯もつく。おいしい、うまい！このみそが最高だ。犬山城下にあるので、お城見学をした後でも、する前でも立ち寄ってみたほうがいいかも。ただ、車の場合駐車場に注意。混んでるので、スペースがない可能性がある。

犬山城を観た後に、開店と同時に入店しました。でんがく豆腐も菜飯も初めてです。どちらも非常に美味しく、特に菜飯には感動です。行って良かった！

小さい頃から、食べ慣れている味噌味の豆腐田楽と菜飯！久しぶりに行きました！菜飯の量は、大中小と選べます。定食に付いてくる、お吸い物も美味しいです。定食と別に、いも田楽も一つ注文して、4人で仲良く頂きました！8本が一人前です。
