A Japanese izakaya bar which uses fresh-caught local fish from Sagami Bay and which is also open for lunch. At night, the bar's menu includes sashimi, stewed dishes, and grilled dishes, but in the afternoon the only thing on the menu is the conger eel chirashi set meal. A donburi rice bowl topped with a hearty serving of grilled conger eel, it also comes with a bowl of soup and is sure to satisfy both in terms of flavor and price.

ランチで訪問。あなごちらしを注文しました。あなごは柔らかくて美味しかったです。漬物とお椀も付いていました。
カウンタ－席５席のこじんまりがとても良い

小町通りの中程を右折して50Ｍ。アナゴちらし鉄平は開店と同時くらいに行かないと、行列ができる。いかんせん、５席だけのこじんまりとしたお店なので。夜は鉄平と名前が変わり息子さんが営んでいるそうだ。昼は、穴子丼とアジフライの美味しいと評判のお店を親父さんが切りもりしている。鎌倉では報国寺近くの左可井が有名で行列が絶えないが、割安で美味しいのはアナゴちらし小町が数段上と思う。

気の利いたお店ですし、アナゴチラシも鎌倉見物の際にはよいかもしれません。地元の人間はきっと夜のまぐろで一杯という使い方のようです。
