This is the broadcast programs archive located in the Yokohama Information Center. In the media hall free television, radio programs, and advertisements are aired, while in the exhibition hall one can view the items relating to radio and television broadcast history. The library hosts many events pertaining to broadcasting and the press.

日本大通りの駅から歩いてすぐです。横浜情報文化センターの8階にあります。無料で昔の映像が観れるので時間つぶしにいいです。

みなとみらい線の日本大通り駅に隣接している横浜情報文化センターの8階と9階にある施設です。入り口は旧横浜商工奨励館を保存した造りになっていて、入り口は8階で、過去の映像(約3万本)を2時間無料で視聴できます。9階の展示ホールは一部が体験型なので子どもに向いているかも。

「忍たま乱太郎」イベントをやっていたので、行ってきました。
しかし、なかなかの小規模で大人としてはガッカリしました。
「忍者学園の生徒になって、折り紙に挑戦!」と書いてありましたが、普通の折り紙用紙で手裏剣を作るだけでした。
それは家でもできます。と言いたかったです。
