焦げ過ぎパエリヤ

有名店と聞きましたが，率直に言って，美味しく無かったです．ウサギの肉がら入った本格パエリヤを頼んだのですが，半分は真っ黒い焦げでした．ガリガリ削りながら食べてみましたが，米が炭化していて，ただ苦いだけでした．残念です．

家族の誕生日で訪れた。本場スペインで味わったオリーブオイルがけのサラダ、パエリヤ、魚介料理に舌鼓を打つはずが….ひどい。スペイン料理だよね？と確認したい。本人はさほど気にしていなかったが、その友人には悪い事をした⤵︎先ずは下調べで訪ねてから行くべきだったと反省しきり。
