Shatenki

Open from early in the morning, here diners can enjoy a variety of rice porridges and dim sum dishes for breakfast and throughout the day. Chinese rice porridge is made starting with uncooked rice combined with dried scallops, whole chickens, and other ingredients slow-stewed together over a period of several hours. Shatenki adds French salt to give the porridge depth, revealing a dedication to care and choice ingredients. Particularly recommended is the restaurant’s stamina-giving century egg rice porridge. The restaurant’s xiaolongbao, jade green jiaozi, and all its dim sum dishes are handmade.
