Yamagusuri
Located a five-minute walk from Miyanoshita Station, Yamagusuri is a restaurant that has earned praise for its meals centered on wild yams, which are said to be beneficial for both beauty and health. The restaurant is especially fond of its Tororo, made by finely grating the variety of yam known as Sansai no Oja. It offers two kinds of breakfasts centered on vinegar rice and four kinds of lunches centered on barley mixed with rice. The most popular menu item is the Shiko Lunch, which combines Foothills Pork marinated in miso with dried fish produced in Odawara. The restaurant is located on the side of a hill and offers a view of the mountains and waterfalls of Hakone.
