This restaurant, which was established in 1963, is located in the beautiful nature of Hakone and is a well-known restaurant serving delicious Western-style cuisine for two generations. It is a popular restaurant which has been in the media, including on TV. It is proud of its cuisine using local ingredients such as Ashigara Beef, a brand that is carefully reared on feed containing Ashigara tea. The flagship item on the menu is the beef stew – a luxurious dish with plenty of large pieces of tender beef.
