This dessert restaurant is run directly by the full-fledged resort hotel Hotel de Yama, and is built on the shore of Lake Ashi in Hakone Town, Ashigarashimo County, Kanagawa Prefecture. Several minutes walk from hakone shrine. Of course ordered their signature dessert but they also had a limited edition starberry dessert which was just as good.
