Yoroizuka Farm
A facility hosting a restaurant, patisserie, boulangerie, and direct sale shop operated by pastry chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka and located in Hayakawa, Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The facility adjoins the former site of Ichiyajo Castle, a castle built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, enemy of the Odawara Hojo clan. The facility is situated in an area offering a superb view of Sagami Bay. The farm’s concept is “local production for local consumption.” The colorful cakes lining the shop’s showcases as well as the course meals and desserts offered in the restaurant are made with an abundance of local Odawara ingredients. There’s also a market selling fresh picked vegetables and fruits.
