This is a poultry farm near the entrance of Yatsugatake-ohashi Bridge, growing original Kaijishamo chickens, and Koshu Hootoshidori fowl, a domestically unusual helmeted guinea fowl, and an endorsed brand of poultry in Yamanashi Prefecture. There is a combined restaurant and shop and in the restaurant visitors can enjoy meals made from eggs and chicken meat of which the farm is proud, such as yakitori, bowls of chicken and egg on rice, and liver dishes and so on. The shop sells fresh eggs collected that morning, chicken meat, and other agricultural products.

親子丼いただきました！ホロホロ鳥も興味ありましたが、メニューも見ずに注文を焦ったためつい親子丼になりました。平日でしたが昼時は混み始めます入口の表に番号を受け取るようにとすこし分かりにくい表示があり何組も戸惑っておられましたがスタッフさんに席を頼んだら問題なく通してくれましたコロナのため座席が少し限られているのかもしれません、すこし換気が良くないので窓は開いているようでし...

日曜14時に到着しました。親子丼を食べたかったのですが20組待ちで断念。外で焼いていたホロホロ鳥の胸肉500円ともも肉800円の串焼を買いました。鶏肉と同じ感覚で食べたらビックリ、これは鳥のニクかとビックリしてしまいました。すごくジューシーで弾力があり、すごく美味しかったです。濃厚プリンを買って帰り道、肉と卵を売店で買えば良かったと後悔しました。
