This art museum is in Kobuchisawa Town, Hokuto City. It has nearly 200 works by graffiti artist Keith Haring, who was active around New York City in the 1980s and died at the young age of 31. The building’s bold design was created by Atsushi Kitagawara and aims to bring the artist’s style to life.
