Artworks from the postwar period of Japan to the present day are exhibited here. The art museum was created with the intention to publicize outstanding artworks both domestically and internationally. Exhibitions display works not only from Japanese contemporary artists but from overseas artists too. The museum has invented itself to appeal to the expectations of art fans from all over the world. The museum houses a restaurant, café and shop where you can get some KaNAM original goods which can only be purchased here.

初めての軽井沢旅行でした。受付側のミスにも関わらず、その後の対応も不誠実だった事、大変不快でした。二度と行きません。目的の隈研吾のガラスのチャペルは美術館の外にあり、こちらの見学料は別料金。受付で見学の旨を伝えると「企画展のチケットを購入頂ければ見学可能です。」と一通り説明を受け、チケットを購入。チャペル見学は一日に決められた時間しか行っておらず、見学まで数時間あった為周辺で時間を潰しました...
