A cafe and restaurant located on the old Karuizawa Ginza Shopping Street in Karuizawa Town, Kitasaku County, Nagano Prefecture. Here you can get some special handmade Western-style food including juicy Shinshu beef steak, and hashed beef, eaten with a special Japanese sauce, and the revived Mikasa Hotel curry, famous in Karuizawa. Their Karuizawa pudding which was awarded the National Grand Prix prize for best present is also very popular. This extravagant sweet is made only with milk from the highlands of North Karuizawa, specially-made fresh cream and egg yolks.
