A popular gelato shop located on Kyu-Karuizawa Tennis Court-dori Street in Karuizawa Town, Kitasaku County, Nagano Prefecture. Libisco never uses product made the previous day, making fresh batches to serve that day by hand every morning. Made with fresh fruit and milk from Obuse, Libisco’s gelato uses no preservatives and is flavored only with natural ingredients. The dekopon and yogurt double is a particularly popular combination. Libisco also serves flavors made without any eggs or milk, making it a popular destination for persons with allergies as well.

軽井沢銀座から駐車場方面の横道を進むと突然出てきたお店。ダブルでミルクとブルーベリーを食べました。ブルーベリーは見た目どおりに濃厚でびっくりしました。ちょい高めですがそれだけの味かな

旧軽井沢銀座から諏訪神社に向かった時にたままた通りかかって気になって立ち寄りました。行くときにはそれほど人気があるお店とは知らず通過しましたが、戻っていざ買おうと思うと、沢山の人で賑わっていたので、人気のお店なんだなぁと知りました。こちらのお店のジェラートは、毎朝新鮮な牛乳と生の果物から手作りされているそうです。自然な味わいでめっちゃ美味しく、人気なのが納得なジェラートでした。
