This is a restaurant in an 1887 merchant building designated as one of Japan’s Registered Tangible Cultural Properties. It has an elegant atmosphere in which one can feel Japanese beauty and refinement, and here one can taste kaiseki course meals full of the wonderful seasonal flavors of Shinshu. At noon they serve mainly tray meals with sets including the Seasonal Tray Minazuki 100% Soba and Domestic Japanese Black Beef Steak Tray. The rice cooked over a wood stove is also popular. The restaurant’s private rooms offer a relaxed atmosphere in which to have dining parties, receptions and celebrations. The nearest station is Matsumoto Station.

Wondrful ambience, traditional Kaiseki Restaurant with great sake choice. Fresh fish from Sea of Japan (north of the island), which is more rare and precious than from the ocean. Great experience.
