Nakamachi Kurassic-kan
This is a symbolic facility of Nakamachi Street lined with warehouse buildings characteristic for their white walls and black namako (raised plaster) designs. The main building and storehouse of the Miyamura sake brewery were separated and reconstructed, and the storehouse is now operating as a teahouse. Inside it is built in an open atrium storehouse style, with a consistent chic theme based around Matsumoto folk items. One can enjoy Japanese style sweets and tea sets, famous brand cakes, and fresh ground coffee while looking out over the Japanese garden. The main building and detachment are normally open, and available as rental spaces for exhibitions, classrooms and events. The nearest station is Matsumoto Station.
