Restaurant Suju Masayuki Karuizawa

Other Japanese Food
Founded as a miso storehouse in Shinshu Komoro in 1827, this is the restaurant of Suju Masayuki Shoten, which is known for Japanese seasonings such as miso and soy sauce. They offer plenty of a la carte dishes that make the most of the umami flavor of the ingredients and taste of the traditional seasonings, and guests will not grow tired of enjoying the simple Japanese cuisine. They also have a complete selection of local sake and wine that pairs well with the food. A popular way to finish off the meal is with their fluffy rice cooked in a copper pot and their special miso soup. Alight from Karuizawa Station and proceed on foot for approximately 20 minutes.
