Poire Tezukayama
A long-standing western confectionary store that has been located in a high-end residential area of Tezukayama for nearly half a century. It is best known for its buttercream cake, the main ingredient of which is fresh cream-a luxury item at the time of the store's establishment. The recipes of the store's most popular products, cheesecake and Mont Blanc, also remain almost unchanged from that time. In the cafe space of the store, customers can enjoy the traditional cakes and sweets, as well as Ronnefeldt tea, which are served in the only seven-star hotel in the world. The store is open all year-round, except New Year's Day.
