Dotonbori Kamukura (LUCUA Osaka Restaurant)どうとんぼり神座 ルクア大阪店

Located on the 10th floor of Lucua Osakain Umeda area, Dotonbori Kamukura is a ramen restaurant that has often been featured in the mass media because of its unusual broth. This broth, which evokes former times and yet feels entirely new, has a flavor that is difficult to describe in one word, but with added noodles and other solid ingredients prepared under strict quality control procedures, the combination is uniquely irresistible. The most popular dish is Ramen with sliced roastpork (small size) and soft-boiled seasoned egg. Certain varieties of ramen are available only during certain seasons, so customers are likely to discover new delights each time they visit the restaurant.

배추가 정말 큰 몫을 하는듯 ㅋㅋㅋ 교자도 상당한 내공이 느껴지는 맛.
근데 냉라멘은...
