This is a multi-purpose commercial complex in front of the south exit of Hirakatashi Station, and is a “Department store for lifestyle ideas” with Tsutaya Bookstore as the center. The main building and two annex buildings contain about 40 specialty stores and various services including fashion, miscellaneous goods, food, beauty, and banking services. Tsutaya Bookstore stocks about 150,000 books and magazines, and also sells books tailored to themes on each floor. At the Starbucks Cafe on the third floor, you can also read books before purchasing them while enjoying a cup of coffee.
