Kobe Brand Kobe Harborland umie Branch (神戸ブランド モザイク店)
A souvenir shop located on the second floor of the Mosaic building in the Kobe Harborland mall in Kobe’s Chuo Ward. The shop is easily identifiable by the red tent facing the stone paved walkway. The choux crème rusks sold at the shop, crisp choux crème puffs redolent of butter filled with a special almond sauce, are a popular Kobe gift and souvenir. The shop is filled with everything from standards to original goods, including Kobe pudding and Kobe pies. The Kobe pudding soft serve ice cream and Kobe dogs served in the takeout area are also popular.
