ディスプレイの仕方一つでこうも印象が変わるのかと驚いた店作りです。素朴な餅菓子がとても美しい日本の至宝のとも言えるかのような和菓子の姿に昇華しているようでした。もともと大福などの餅菓子はあまり好まないのですが見たこともないような組み合わせの大福に惹かれて購入してみました。チョコレート系の大福は餅の粘度とチョコレートの柔らかさとが相まって面白い口当たりでした。餅も薄く使えば十分洋菓子にも合う素材...

とても丁寧に真面目に作られています。王道の草餅季節の栗そしてりんごのチョコがおすすめです。個人的にはあまり気を衒った高いのはおすすめしません。
