Mukashi Mukashi is an Okinawan Soba noodle restaurant located on Prefectural Highway 84 in Nakayama, Nago City. The restaurant’s Okinawan Soba noodles, which use noodles made in-house using charcoal and broth that has a pronounced taste of Bonito fish, are topped with a variety of vegetables grown by the restaurant owner, including mugwort, etc. Mukashi Mukashi’s “Island Vegetables Soba Noodles,” which uses lots of seasonal vegetables, and which enables diners to enjoy the fresh taste of just-picked vegetables, is also a popular menu item.

どんどんラーメンに寄ってきた沖縄そば屋が増えてきた沖縄。一方でタコそば・海ぶどうそば…等、沖縄ちゃんぷるーも見かける。そんな中、ここはヒージャー(山羊)そば。写真を添付おきます。山羊汁と本部っぽい伝統的なアルデンテ麺。山羊専門店はちょっと行きにくいし、沖縄料理屋さんは当たり外れが…という方には良いかもしれない。カップ山羊汁が食べられる方は大丈夫。

沖縄に来たらここの店に立ち寄ります。山羊そばは絶品です。またヨモギも裏庭から取れてるようで新鮮で美味しいです。
