お手頃な少量袋での香木や、防虫香、抹香、線香などが買えました。Suicaなど交通カードでの支払いも可能。御所の蛤門の近くで、お店は1730まで開いているので、京都御所内の建物の見学を終わってからでも。

色々なお香の体験コースがありますが、中でも聞香の体験コースはとても人気です。
三種香は、三種類のお香の違いを当てる昔ながらの遊びで、微妙な香りの違いが分かるかどうか、とても楽しい雅な遊びですので、ぜひ体験してみてください。
