IYEMON SALON KYOTO is a modern cafe in the traditional merchant house of a veteran yuzen dyeing shop with an architectural style that reflects tea culture. They provide new ways to experience the pleasures of tea with an array of accompaniments, including takikomi-gohan (rice seasoned and cooked with various ingredients) using high-class Aizukeishomai rice cooked in a kamado (traditional cooking stove), special menu supervised by the head chef Mr. Tokuoka of Kyoto Arashiyama Kitcho.
