長崎に入ってホテルにチェックインしてまず向かったのが、新地中華街にある蘇州林です。店の前には「リニューアルオープンに向けて休業中」と書かれていて、「駅前の支店は営業中」であることも合わせて書かれていました。私たちのおなかはすでに「ちゃんぽん」と「皿うどん」を受け入れる体制がつくられていたので、迷わず長崎駅に向かいました。長崎駅ビルにある「長崎街道かもめ市場」の奥の方に蘇州林がありました...

長崎新地中華街にある中華料理店です。長崎の旅行雑誌に載っていたので訪問。この店は１人一品を注文しないたいけません。ちゃんぽん1000円、餃子、シューマイを注文。ちゃんぽんはやや麺が茹ですぎなのか柔らかめ。特に本場という感動の味はなく、大阪でも食べられる味でした。
