A Western confectionary shop opened in 1999 located at the entrance to the Utsukushigaoka area in Sapporo City's Kiyota Ward. An atmosphere which somehow feels as if it was transplanted here from some other country hangs in the air of this fashionable shop. The bright and open shop's cases and displays are filled with breads baked daily by skilled bakers, cakes made with seasonal ingredients, castella cakes, madeleines, and other sweets. The shop is dedicated to using select ingredients such as Hokkaido brand rice varieties and fruits. The mille-feuille, made with Hokkaido apples, won at the Sapporo Sweets competition. The shop's signature baumkuchen are branded with a cute rabbit mark.

国道36号と羊ヶ丘通りをつなぐ道道1138号沿いにあるパン＆洋菓子屋さんです。住宅街の穴場的なお店で、カフェやイートインスペースは併設していませんが、メルヘンチックなインテリアの店内に一歩入ると、焼き菓子のい-匂いが溢れていました。天皇皇后両陛下が開道150年記念式典に御来道の際に献上した、北海道小麦と発酵バターのフィナンシェPicoritaが自慢の逸品のようです。
地味だけれど実力派「渋皮栗の山食パン」

華やかなパンが並ぶ中、ひっそり存在していた「渋皮栗の山食パン」。地味な佇まいですが、使われている栗はマロングラッセにも使用されている良質なもので、渋皮も一緒に煮込んでいるとのこと。ほんのり甘くしっとりふわふわ、見た目は地味ですがスター級！！
軽くて美味しいマドレーヌ

こちらのお菓子を知人からいただきました。マドレーヌでしたが、手に持った感じはふんわり軽く、包装から出してみると、一般的なマドレーヌのように油で手が汚れません。口にすると周りはサクサク、中はふんわりと優しい甘さで、香ばしくした甘食の様でいくらでも食べられます。パンもあるようなので、今度はお店に行ってみたいです。
