This sushi restaurant moved to Maruyama in 2012 after operating inside a hotel in Sapporo for 10 years. One of the popular ala carte menu items is the defatted Whale Bacon with a slightly salty taste that brings out the meat flavor. Here, sushi with a little more care and effort is served with carefully prepared pieces such as the northern shrimp and flounder marinated in konbu kelp. The lunch menu includes set-menu dishes that come with salad, soup, and dessert.

普段は平日に食べに行くのですが、初めて日曜日に伺うと、1人は髪の毛を結んでいるし、清潔感なし。お吸い物はお寿司が食べ終わってからでてきた。いつも平日にいる感じがいいお姉さんもいなく、忙しいのか新人さんなのか、わからないが日曜日にはもう行かないです平日をおすすめします

初めて行きました。12かんと15かん迷っていたら、女性スタッフが15かんを勧めてくれたので注文しました。大将も隣にいる女性もマスクごしでもわかるぐらいの笑顔で色々話し掛けてくれ、接客して下さいました。お寿司も小ぶりで綺麗な盛り付け！美味しかったです。ただ残念だったのが、ホールにいた女性のスタッフ、髪の毛がボサボサで、笑顔もなく、タバコの臭いがしてちょっと、、。改善してほしいなと思いまし...

ずっと気になっていました。テイクアウトをはじめられたと知り、伺う30分ほど前に電話したら、すごく対応が良かったです。15貫で1944円（税込）でした。まわるお寿司屋さんでは味わえないネタでたくさんあり、とても美味しかったです。シャリは小さめですが、お腹いっぱいになりました。お吸い物はインスタントですが、美味しかったです。シャリの酢は薄味でしたが、ネタの味わいを感じられます。一回テイクアウトして...
