Presented in the Michelin Guide, this renowned handmade soba restaurant has also been selected as one of the top ten restaurants in Iwamizawa. Kimura is located in a residential area sprawling along the train tracks extending northeast from JR Iwamizawa Station. The bukkake soba, one of the restaurant's most popular menu items, is covered with rock nori and tempura. You'll also find takato soba on the menu, a rarity in Hokkaido. This soba is topped with grated daikon and katsuobushi as well as an eye-catching green onion stalk. Use the onion as both condiment and a replacement for your chopsticks.

お店が少し探しずらいですが、住宅街の中にある美味しいお蕎麦屋さんです！こしがあっておいしい！お店も暖炉があったり新しくて綺麗です。
