This facility located adjacent to “Hosooka Observatory” overlooking the Kushiro Marshland is a place to rest free of charge. Visitors can relax freely at the facility with a cottage style woody appearance around the stove. There is a corner displaying photographs of plants of the Kushiro Marshland and sightseeing information. Brochures are also available. There is also a cafe section for snacks such as soft cream, and a shop.
