Kikuchi Coffee Room is a long-established coffee-shop located near the Yunokawa Hot Spring Resort in Hakodate City, Hokkaido; it acquired nationwide fame after its special Mocha-flavored soft-serve ice cream was featured on a popular TV program which was originally started in Hokkaido. The soft-serve ice cream is also available for take-out. The ice cream’s slightly bitter flavor, with just the right level of sweetness, has made it very popular. The interior of Kikuchi Coffee Room has a nostalgic feel to it, resembling an old-fashioned coffee-shop. Besides sweet items such as parfait dessert and frappé coffee, visitors can also enjoy authentic drip coffee. For breakfast, Kikuchi Coffee Room offers a breakfast set menu that includes toast, fried egg, salad and a beverage.

駐車場がある喫茶店

湯の川温泉近くにあり、車で移動する際は、駐車場があるので、一休みするには良いお店。店内もゆったりとした空間。ハンバーグ定食からざるそば、スパゲティ、サンドイッチ等の豊富な食事メニューのほか、モカのアイスクリームが有名の様で、モカソフトクリームをいただいたが、コーヒーの味がしっかりと味わえ、とても美味しかった。
