Rokka no Mori
Rokka no Mori is a garden run by Rokkatei, a confectionery manufacturer closely associated with Hokkaido. A wide variety of flowers—including the “Six Flowers of Tokachi” that appear on Rokkatei confectionery wrappers—bloom in the garden at different times of year, making this an extremely beautiful place to visit. With the Naoyuki Sakamoto Commemorative Hall (dedicated to the artist who created the images seen on Rokkatei confectionery wrappers), several art galleries, and a rest house (with restaurant and shop), there is plenty to see and do as you enjoy strolling round the garden. Please note that Rokka no Mori is closed during the winter months.
