Orchard
A tourist farm located a five-minute drive from JR Niki Station. Visitors can go fruit picking, and the farm grows some 1,500 fruit trees, including strawberry varieties such as the large-sized Kentaro and new Kita no Sachi, Gassan Nishiki cherries, and rarer varieties. The farm also offers grape and apple picking in the fall. Pets are allowed on the grounds as long as they are leashed and can even be taken into the fruit fields. Other highlights include an all-weather grape trellis grown in a greenhouse, and a jingisukan barbecue corner which can seat up to 200 whose salty-sweet dipping sauce, made with prunes, is particularly popular.
