Deer Farm
This farm is managed by the Japan Deer Society. The 7 hectares grassland is surrounded by a 2-3 meters high fence, and you can view the yezo sika deer relaxing in the farm up close. The farm is large so the deer can be at a distance, but when they notice people standing by the fence the friendly deer will come up close to the fence. If the deer do not approach the fence at first, they will come if you call them. During the baby rush in June, you can also see mother deer looking after their fawns.
