Anne Charlotte Sapporo Main Shop
This patisserie is about a 20-minute drive from Sapporo Station. They offer a range of standard sweet treats in an adorable brick building. The owner and chef trained on orthodox entremets in the Champagne region of France. With Hokkaido's climactic similarity to France, and for the high quality ingredients, he moved here and has gone on to win the Sapporo Sweets 2008 award, awarded by the Sweets Kingdom Sapporo Promotion Association. The shop's flagship product is the Namacream Decoration, a shortcake loaded with whipped cream and strawberries, is perfect for birthday cakes.
