Kintuba Nakataya （Kanazawa Hyakubangai Shop） (きんつば 中田屋 金沢百番街店)
This confectionery, famous for its kintsuba bean jelly treats, celebrated 85 years of business in 2019. They use carefully selected ingredients in traditional methods to create each individual treat, and each is as pleasant to look at as to eat. In addition to kintsuba, they offer a wide range of perfect souvenir treats like sword-guard shaped Tsuba Monaka; Oshibabune twist cookies; and Yasotose bean-jam filled pastries.
