Sake Brewing Center Sennin Brewery
A sake brewery in Mutsumi-machi, Kawamoto, Akita City. As one of the breweries for Akita Shurui Seizoh Co., Ltd., makers of the famous brand sake, Takashimizu, they continue to use the same classic tools and traditional Akita winter brewing technique to make their sake. Along with viewing their brewing technique through the windows you can also visit a museum where they have their brewing tools on display.
