Mt, Futatsumori

A mountain that spans Fujisato Town, Akita Prefecture, and Ajigasawa Town, Aomori Prefecture. It stands almost 1087 meters tall and is also called Mt. Tomaridake. It features a wealth of nature including an old growth Japanese beech forest and when blessed with good weather from the summit you can see the mountains of the Shirakami mountain region as well as the Sea of Japan and the Oga Peninsula.
