A cheesecake specialty shop just about one-minutes' drive from the Kobuchizawa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Their popular rich flavored cheesecake is made with fresh milk and eggs from Yatsugatake area ranches. Along with a variety of sweets made with cheeses they also sell the Italian cheese Caciocavallo as well as home-made cheeses and local wines. They also have a wide variety of fruit related products allowing you to choose a souvenir that fits any scene. In their dining area they serve the local Yamanashi specialty Hoto noodle soup.

国道沿いに大きな看板があるのですぐわかります。中に入ると結構奥行きがあり店内で、チーズケーキや乳製品がたくさんあります。特にチーズケーキの種類の豊富さはすごいです。

チーズケーキ工房というだけあっていろいろなチーズケーキがありました。カーマンベルチーズどら焼きを食べてきましたが、おいしかったです。おつまみサイズにチーズも売っていました。
試食販売は中止

さくらんぼ狩りの帰りに必ず立ち寄っている店舗です。コロナ対策として試食が中止されているのが残念です。それでも多くの人がチーズケーキ等を買い求めていました
